How to avoid paying property tax.

Avoid Property Taxes With Park Model RV
_________________________________________________________________________________

Many people would love to save a lot of money by never paying for property taxes again. If you happen to be one of these people there is some exciting news that I would love to share with you. You can indeed avoid paying for property taxes simply by changing your lifestyle & living conditions. There is a wonderful type of RV (recreational vehicle) called a "park model RV" that looks & feels exactly like a single wide mobile home. The difference is that it is built on a single chassis & has wheels, that way your home will be classified as an RV & mobile. Most appraisal districts do not include RV's in their appraisal roll call. You will save money on enormous levels through your life by living in a park model RV.

1. The first thing you need to do is to purchase or acquire a park model RV and have it towed to the location that you choose. You can purchase park model RV's directly new by visiting sites that sell them, or you can always purchase one used by searching the classifieds and visiting mobile home or retirement parks. To save money when buying a park model RV, be sure to shop around a lot online.

2. Make sure that you keep your park model RV fairly mobile. This means keep the tires on it, and if you must stabilize it, have jacks on hand where you can take out the concrete brick stabilizers quickly. Always be ready to have it mobile within half an hour. If any county appraisal district decides that they want to start taxing your home, you can simply move it to another location (including another spot on your land).

3. Be sure that you check with the appraisal districts in your county to be sure that they do not include an RV in their appriasals.. Most appraisal districts require the park model RV to be 400 square feet or less. One could buy multiple units and have them park next to one another to have a larger living space. Remember if you want not have county snoops giving you trouble about your park model RV and trying to get money out of you (property tax) it is best to try to provide your own water & electricity + other utilities. This way nothing will go on the record of this actually being a home. I would suggest people have land & build a camping "loop" that you can pull a home into.
