How To Pass A Polygraph or Lie Detector Test

_________________________________________________________________________________

A polygraph test, also known as a lie detector test is basically a test that checks if a person is lying about certain questions that are being asked. They monitor breathing, blood pressure, pulse rate and heart beat to check for nervousness in the person as questions are being asked. Lie detectors are most often used by police, governments of the world, and private investigators. There are many trainers who will teach people how to pass a polygraph, but the steps are simple and can save you money by not needing a trainer if you simply practice these steps.

A polygraph test is never a mandatory test that must be taken in America. The lie detector tests cannot be used as evidence in a court against somebody unless a person admits to a crime while taking the test.

The polygraph test is used by the media and movie producers to create dramatic scenarios usually involving crime, however, lie detectors are most commonly used in military scenario - whether it is by friend or foe.

Foreign governments have been known to kidnap regular people and accuse them of being spies, military personnel, or crimes and force them to take a polygraph or lie detector test.

1. You will be led into a room, usually with no windows and a bright colored chair (sometimes bright orange) with no foliage or anything to give you any sense of calmness. You will have to remove yourself from your mind and imagine you are watching yourself on a movie rather than participating in the actual interview or polygraph test. Make your mind feel that you are seeing yourself in a 3rd person point of view during the entire lie detector test.

2. Clear your mind. You will be given a series of questions that are "test" questions to calibrate the polygraph machine. Usually this will be your name, address, info on brothers or sisters etc. When answering these lie detector test questions, think of situations in your life that have made you nervous. Be sure to become a bit jittery but not overkill. Breathe a bit faster during test questions.

3. Then the real questions for the polygraph test will begin. You will need to try to do the opposite. Imagine yourself answering questions from a 3rd person point of view (again watching yourself on a movie). Do not try to breathe faster or be nervous. You will naturally be nervous and breathe faster but try not to. What this will do is average your nervousness and vital impulses out with your "test" questions.

This will create an average with your "truthful test" questions and it will show that you are not lying.

4. Practice these techniques on your own if you ever feel that you will be forced to take a polygraph test (only in some foreign countries are polygraphs forced). Repeat the process over and over again in your head until you feel confident enough to beat the lie detector test.
